The pandemic situation has affected a lot in our day to day routines. Homeschooling and work from home become an inevitable part of our lives. Months of lockdown put us into the cells of the homes. Dining and sleeping orders have changed a lot. Yes, you must believe we are not as a person before the mid-March. We have unconditionally changed a lot from the way we eat to the way we sleep due to the unprecedented situations led by the Covid-19.

The changes that took place have affected your mental health almost out of control. Most of us are still fighting in order to fit into the new normals. We are not in the times you suppose to make friends from your classrooms or play with them on the public grounds. You may face a situation of suicidal thoughts where you are reserved or away from society. You still dismay about your career, studies, finance, settlements, and safety. It might be vivid that the whole world is paused. Apart from everything you are in need of appreciation that there will be a life after this pandemic situation where you will again go to your schools or offices or colleges and will be grateful to the god that you passed the unconditional situations.

Things have altered in many ways. You are in a situation to try your best to alter yourself to the new norms. Confinement inside the compartments may seem a bitter experience. Keep your strengths and mental health fit to fight against the world of post-pandemic. It is your responsibility for keeping your mental stability. Once in a day show off yourself to the sunlight. Meditate as much as you can regularly. Keep away from that which makes you depressed. Have a routine that makes you pleased. Apart from your essential works do listen to music or watch your favorites. In the meanwhile get ready for a new world where you are going to dive in. Uplift the skills that you require to fit into the post-pandemic world. Explore the world from your own safe place. Finally don’t lose hope you are going to survive in a world where you want to be.
